lets see...yellow tips, tips turning down somewhat at the edges, looks like you may want to gradually feed more nitro based nutes for a week and see how it reacts.By gradually I mean 1/4 strength greater than what your using now.

im not using any nutes

i just potted them in fox farms soil and they told me not to use nutes
and
they have been there for about 1 week
and 2 days for the blue dream and original pup
the grape fruit for 2 weeks

you may want to reconsider that and introduce a light nitro formula, the plants are using all of the nutes that are in the soil, and are asking for more.

so i should only give it to the ones that are older ?
or shoul i start them all even the 2 day old ones
and
whats a good ph level for the soil?

My babies always liked the ph at around 6.2 to 6.5,while my full grown plants liked it between 6.8-7.0.Only start the ones that are droopy, the green ones just keep on water until they need more.Give it to them as they need it.

ok how do i check the ph level of the soil

and if i have say a 5.0 soil then if i add 4.5 in water and nutrients would that make the soil
9.5 or thats not how it works
?

ok,to check the soils ph fill it to the top of the rim with water of about 6 or as close to neutral as possible, let the majority of the water run off, test the remainder in the spill pan,and that will give you a base ph for the soil, then you water with ph'd water of 6.2 and then feed.As you have semi-flushed the system you are free to add nutes at 1/4 strength.

The people I grow with and I have let the plant get kinda dry before watering,do you have a moisture guage,if not it's $14 worth of peace of mind.It tells you when the plant is dry.Have always used one.
