Hi ta all in the forum, well I've started a second grow since I fried my first batch with heat stress, over nute-ing and probably a lot more stuff...

The 3 are 13 days since sprouting,

Anyone with some experience wish to comment ?

Question when can someone actually start to flower ?
They look good. You can flower when the plant is at least 18" tall, but why do that when you could veg a little longer and have ample amounts of greenage! KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

Hi all, well I decided to try and log the grow and hopefully get some pointers or info from the more experienced growers out there.

some Info:

Well besides the 3 from the original post which where from Magic Mushrooms | Cannabis Seeds | Headshop the Cross seed pack which I managed to kill off, I ordered another seed pack (the indoor easy grow pack) to which I got around 45 seeds instead of 20!!!, and germinated 8 more of which 7 actually sprouted. (By the way the seeds came quick within 5 working days and I was supprised on that also) - I would definately recommend them.

My first Three are 2 Northern Lights X Haze and 1 X Northern Lights X Big Bud

The next 7 which were potted on July the 2nd are 3 X Skunk #1, 3 X Master Kush and 1 X Big Bud.

The later 7 are looking rather stretched, and 1 of my NL X H has a couple yellow spots ?? any help on that ?

Well, I am now at 25 days old since planting the spouted seeds, things are looking good I think these are the first three, and a big-bud from the batch planted 14 days ago, the bug-bud is really taking off I think.

The largest one is 10cm tall

Also a picture of the flowering T5 setup I made with the younger ones on 6 T5's at 4000K , I am going to add 2 65W CFL's at 2700K on the sides when I move the big ones in for flowering

Also A quick question for anyone:

During "lights off" time, should/could we turn off fans ? since it would leave the plants under less stress to thicken the stem, and give more effort to growing branches, leaves, flowers ? any opinions

I would set a fan on a timer to go off at least a couple times , just to keep the air moving. or if the 'low setting' is enough for airflow without disturbing the plants too much, just leave it on. still lookin' good!

Hi UKCyrus, thanks for the kind words,

The plants now are setup like this.

there are 4 pl-c floro fixtures, (office kind - round with reflector, two bulbs inside) each fixture has 2 26w philips master pl-c (could only find 6000K at 1800 lumens each (so I have 14400 lumens from them, they are in a diamond patern, and I hung a 85w cfl in the center that covers the plants from top to bottom for side penetration, 5500 lumens at 6500k so total for the five plants I have vegging is 19900 lumens. Total Wattage: 293w

The flowering setup is made of 6 24w T5's at 2700K which put out 2000 lumens and will be setting 2 65w 2700K cfl's on the sides each at 4000 lumens so I am at 20000 lumens with them. Total Wattage: 274w

Well, thought I would update...

I put the 5 on 12/12 since I am a little impatient with my grow, (probably why I toasted my first batch...)

So after reading many threads, I seen that some people put theirs on 12/12 right after sprouting, so instead of waiting for them to get 18'' high I started now.

Here are the pics ...

There 1 side pic and 1 top pic of each one...

I am having trouble with temps, can't find a way to get temp down, (outside temps start at 30 degrees in the morning and go to around 38 mid day - my 12/12 is set to turn off 9 in the morning and back on at 9 at night so lights are off in the hottest hours - and works good with my work schedule (can check them before leaving and check again when I get home at night)) any suggestions ?

Hi to all again,

Would it be recommended to trim fan leaves from the middle of the plants to get light to new smaller branches comming out ?

Any suggestions

Well, thought I would update the grow log of mine,

I think at least 2 are females, I tried to take a couple of pics of what I think are the hairs...

I am a little suspisious of the lighter green to leaves, with darker lower ones - any thoughts out there ?

Also a couple of pics of the T5 setup I made...

Any comments ?

only nutes used is a simple liquid that I got for "flowering plants" with a 4-6-7 N-P-K ratio, but only used it twice

I am pretty sure that on eof my big buds is a male..
