Nirvana complaint

Ordered seeds more than a month and half ago. I'm thinking Nirvana just never sent them. Still haven't gotten the customs letter either, so I dont think they got pinched by the man.

Anyways, just giving anyone thinking about ordering from Nirvana a heads up. Find a more reliable source.

same thing happend to me, e-mail them. for me they sent them again. hopefully they will do the same, but after that bullshit i won't order from them again.

Wow.....you told them you didn't get your seeds....They re-shipped your order (which I assume you received) and you aren't happy with them.....sounds like nirvana more than stood by their service and your still not happy:confused:

i don't think they sent them in the first place, there staff were lethargic, and i wasn't 100 percent satisfied with there genetics; but their prices are good i must give them that

Look, its the risk you take. I have not had a single problem with them. I suggest you contact them first and see what can be done if anything. It does no good for you to come here complaining and bashing them without giving the company an opportunity to fix it, they are probably less likely to help after you bash them. We are human, shit happens, they make mistakes too. If customs gets it, there is not a single thing Nirvana or any one else can do about it. I am sure there are plenty of customs agents that are not exactly "honest" and just take the package straight up and not even do the paperwork.

I have had several friends order from them with no problem at all. However, my first order with them didn't make it to me either and I ordered about the same time you did.

From what I read, often you will not even get a letter. Could be due to them being stolen anywhere along the line, customs might just be taking their sweet time processing everything or they could have honestly been lost.

Regardless, it's a risk when you order them, you know this and you can't really be upset with Nirvana because of this. How do you expect them to stop customs? I'd love to hear your ideas on that one. It happens and it's a risk you decide to take when ordering from any vendor.

The simple fact that Nirvana is even willing to replace the order should speak for itself. They don't have to...They could just tell you that your SOL and I doubt it would hurt their business. Yet, they care enough to replace your order. Yeah, horrible company to do business with. Gimme a fucking break.

I'd be willing to put money on the line that both orders were sent and just ended up getting nabbed by customs or someone else along the way. Have you really ever just sat back and thought about how the whole process works?

I cant see why people in the states complain about not getting genetics outside of country.
Nirvana have stated clear on their site that packages walk alot and the reasons and warn you buy at own risk.

Why don't you stick inland?? O mind it costs allot more. and then to moan about the genetics for the price?
If your paying $1-3 per seed its not gonna be superior genetics. You can lets say need around 5 times more than lets say MNS Black widow each fem is keeper status. With nirvana 1-15 maybe keeper status. Its like watering down pop
The original breeders release something and with the jist they copy it buy making F2s witch will have more variations

I hear ya, it was a risk and i actually came out lucky if you figure the consequenses and such i guess i just felt like ranting. but i don't have to use them again cause i can aquire seeds legally. to be honest i find arguement a sport ya'd know if ya knew me:mrgreen:
