Noob looking for some help, growboxing/sprouts/water/airflow

I just got my seeds to sprout (they sprouted yesterday) and i was wondering how often do you guys water them and how? I understand to let the top get crusty but is there more to that? and how much do you water? :)

also the seeds are 4 white widows, just sprouted and i have one growing the fastest ( jumped about 2 inches during the day ). Since they sprouted last night, we hadn't watered them since yesterday morning (just poured a little bit in each cup) and i thought it would be a good idea to not water them until this morning. The one that was growing the fastest is no longer a straight vertical stem, it seems to have not grown as much as it did at first, and its kind of leaning to one side :-O, is this normal?

I have two t5 fluorescent lights that i bought off HTG ( very hq lights for sprouts), i have them roughly 4-6 inches away from the plants at the beginning of sprouting, could this be too close to the plants? or does that only matter when heat is a factor?

The last question is, do grow boxes need some sort of air flow in them? or is having the top open sufficient enough?

I've went through the internets and i can never find the same answers, or ones to my exact need, so any help will be much appreciated!

thanks :bigjoint:

stick ur finger in the dirt dont let it get too dry but dont soak the soil, if soil is still moist no need to water your looking to water it once every 2-3 days , at the very least the top soil should be dry like 1-2inches
