*northern grow* NEED HELP ON VEGBOX

these are all awesome providers in the northern climate, ive grown both hollands hope and early misty with great results(buds laden with crystel). like last year Im going to pre-veg indoor before planting in June. this time im going to make a veg box large enough to house 30 plants.

ill be veging the plants for a 1 mounth and 1/2.

whats the best type of lighting to do this, and how many lights are needed?

Flourescent mix the spectrem but mainly blue, I would probaly use the 4 ft shop lights on a shelf cause its easier to keep em closer to alot of plants than cfl bulbs every where.

This thread could also help me. im in northern california and want to get clones of white widow max. i want to start the clones indoors to get strong and healthy and transplant in the ground early may. i have a 400 mh light to grow them inside first but what light cycles do i use going up to the transplant outdoors. this is my first outdoor grow and i dont want to f them up doing it this way. will they be ok starting at 18/6 for few weeks and go down to 14/10 before they go outside so they get used to less light so they dont flip when they go outside? i dunno guys help me plz!

would a month and a half give me enough time to use the F.I.M. technique on these plants?ill chop at the forth node
