Nutes?!

Any one have an educated opinion of which is better?

I don't know anything about Earth Juice but FloraNova is an excellent choice of nutes. All you actually need is FloraNova Bloom through the entire grow.

The one part bloom?
Even for vegetative stage?

Yes - through the entire grow. It's the Lucas Formula. The bloom has plenty of nitrogen for vegetative growth.

NO, FORGET this idea. The N is too low and the P is too high!

Never liked the bloody Lucas formula......Better results with the 2 part and don't start bloom feed use till week 3!

With all due respect - just because you don't like it doesn't mean it doesn't work. I use FloraNova Bloom only in coco with tap water and my plants never have a deficiency or problem. I have also used just MaxiBloom with great results also.

I didn't say it wouldn't work...

I will say you'll get better results with a 2 part and later start of the bloom part........

Not trying to argue or piss you off Mick...

When I did hydro (still do a few DWC buckets during the winter for fun/the hell of it) I tried the Lucas formula and was not impressed with the results.....I felt it did not allow the plant to get close enough to it's full potential......That's simply from years of growing and seeing just what some breeds potentials could be....

The Lucas formula works but I still say he'll get better results with the FloraNova series if used as directed and flip to the bloom at week 3 after the flip...

BUT, the real point is......Are you in soil or hydro?

Lucas is for hydro.....No way would I use it in soil!
