IDK about the live chat, I never tried it, but I do remember about a month ago, somebody complaining it was down.

I joined and bugged out for a while because every dispensary in vegas got raided and I just got wigged on the whole thing. I am patient in the program, but it offers no protection, so I just kept my head down for a while.
