okay im new and eager to get to work

okay im new and have problems okay im like 5 days in and my plants have very small progress but im am using bag seeds I got from my outdoor grow. I got 5 plants and im act trying to do 400w hps grow and got like 5 plants and 3 more seeds I got in mail currently waiting... candy kush and northen lights. id like to know these answers. first off im in closet 10x6 room and I got ac unit cooling and as ventilation but my plants bottom leaves are turning light lime yellowish green I have been watering everyother day also I have not yet fed em any nutes. and it is cheap soil I got some pictures of my setup, but it is still in building progress these plant are just example see if I could work with what I got, low on funds so moneys tight. so I like know what would be best and easiest setup I could do for ventilation. I need know what kind soil look for or should I go with hydro setup. next off is what kinda nutes to buy. What kind of soil is that?
 
well I don't think bag seed has got anything to do with it, Im new to soil but I got some nice fluffy 'professional' seed raising mix to start mine.
 
what soil are you using man as that will have the largest impact on how well your plants roots grow thus how well the top half grows. the only thing i can say is whats the PH of your water as this can be a massive problem !

other than that your room looks great, maybe try and prop that baby up with something ?

like im say again im 100% new to indoor growing ok so I need check ph only problem is I have no idea how to check ph can someone please let me know ph and the most basic variables. like how higher ph how to lower how to just check level yea. and I said in thread that I am using very cheap soil I have feeling it has a lot too do with this but my outdoors grew in this soild quite well. but outdoor never need worry about a lot variables like ph and stuff so.... what store am I off to get my ph tester and what would be recommended soil I should buy im gonna try the humpy hydro soon I get my seeds from the attitude. soil.JPG this is my soil im using just cheap an was intented for outdoor I got spure moment to start an indoor grow I think found my medium heres my layout. is lenth room is 6ft 6'' width is 4ft 3'' my hight room is 5ft 5 "
 
Have you considered coco? I have had good results using AN Ph perfect, RO water, and coco hempy buckets. I literally haven't had to use my meters (ph, ec, etc.)

no please explain where I can get the coco you just recommended also what is AN Ph perfect, RO water. I been using well water water my plants will that create problems still need advise on where to buy ventilation fans I want my set up be perfect cus I got some nice seeds in mail just waiting for my candy kush and northen lights

RO water - Reverse Osmosis filtration water. I can get it at local grocery for less than 50c and they/I strongly recommend using it, but as I said I haven't had to use a meter in months.

its all down to personal pref really mate and what strain your growing but everybody will tell you something different, i go for biobizz all in mix or light mix but i am extremely basis towards biobizz as i only use them due to my growing methods. Ph also depends on what strain you are using and the Ph of the soil. Ph test your water and Ph test the run off water (water that come out the bottom of the pot after watering) it should be in the 6 range but if you have got yourself a great soil you shouldnt really have to worry about the water just use bottled water as the stuff out the taps has a lot of chems your baby wont need.

and am i right in thinking somewhere you've said your thinking about a hydro set up ? personally i would stay away from hydro until your skilled in growing Photos, on a personal note i am a newbie as well bud and will help as much as possible as i know its frustrating seeing your babies wither and die and dont know what to do. i done 2 grows before i found out about this site and 4 plants that died (left me heart broken) but this is the place to be.
