One Leaf to Three Then Back to ONE?!!!?

Well guys this is a first for me a was just wondering if this was right or whats going on.... I planted five plants about 4 months ago and about two weeks ago i came up to feed them and seen i had nothing but males so i said fuck them and i aint been back scene till this morning just to see if they were dead or alive and saw the leafs-one to three back to one.just curious what's the deal??Thanks

First of all it's in flower so you don't have the right light sch. Second thing is my friend it's male.
