at the moment i use dr. shults(or something like that) 10-15-10 for veg i use (3) 120w cfl 5000k screw in lights and 2 6500k 25w strip lights for a area of about 4ft.X4ft.x2ft.

thanks for looking and leaving pointers:mrgreen:

i used that shultz stuff before, its alright, easy to overdo. you can just go into any kind of gardening supply and ask for vegetative and flowering nutes for tomatoes, when I did this they pointed me to nsr greenleaves

Hi all, back again with a quick update on how my lovelys are doing.

i have fimmed all of my plants but unforchantly i dont have a camera so i have to use my cell phone. I did however snap a couple pictures befor i put them to sleep.
if it looks like a noob fimm job its most likely because it is. i think i may have cut some of the new fan leaf grouth. but who knows. well heres the pictures, injoy.

(i forgot to mention that 4 of the 5 plants are bag seeds from reggys, the other is a bag seed from some headbang kush)

i believe these 3 pictures are of the hb kush, but i could be mistaken. i didnt mark my 1 gal pots when i transplanted from my styrophome cups

thank you all for lookin:mrgreen:
as always your advice is very appreciated!

View attachment 1165068 any one knowwhat the brown spots are?

Hmm mine had a few yellow spots but worse than that and i thought Mg deficiency at first but then again, i would think Mg def may show signs later in grow ( as it did in my first WW grow)and be a bit more uniform than that ( perhaps im wrong) Does it affect one plant or all? pH ok? I notice in pic one your leaves were wet, is it possible water droplets creating a lens effect has caused it. Other than that after reading mutiple threads on deficiencies how about manganese def, thats what im guessing mine is, but just throwing it out there for you to decide, any close up pics ?

Plants are lookin good though :D

well actually its really only happening to one plant, and this plant was really odd to begin with, when it first sprouted till about its second set of leafs its leaves would be balled up and very veiny, but other then the few brown spots it has on maybe 3 leafs, the development is perfect now. i wander if you can tell your going to have a hermie when they are say, in the 2nd-3rd week of veg?

i mist all my plants every once and a while when they look tired, usualy wipe the left overs off the leafs the next morning, so i dont think it could be because of that. i do apreate your help though

aslo doesnt a mag/cal def. effect the saw portion of the leaf?

AHHHH! oh ya, had my plant betty grow soo much in one night she tuched the light =( poor girl got pretty burnt.

sorry if i jumpped around alot, been sleep deprived

I wouldnt say you could tell during veg - i couldnt all plants were WW from nirvana but had a lot of different looking phenos - what was my best looking plant turned out to be male lol, the hermification turned up shortly after switching. Initially white hairs showed up and i thought woohoo but after a few days and much anxiety the plant started to act strangely- i thought it was a deficiency- new growth came up lime green and twisted then when i checked again there was balls as well ! :( Heres a pic

awe im sorry to hear that, ive always been a big fan of white widow, not growing, but smoking :weed:. i hope to be ordering some after i harvest the bag seed im growing now. ww is def a beautiful plant

sooooooo im hopping someone can help me sex my plants with some poor quality photos and a brief discription of what im seeing.

the only one that looks to be showing some sort of sex is my hb. its looking like one of them baby corns u get from a jar from the super market, its got these on all the nodes. and the main cola has a bunch of them about 1-1 1/2 inch long. all the new colas also have these "baby corns" growing from the node to the grouth point. am no master on sexing, but i do see some hairs that resemble pestils. but they are very small.

i know its really early to find out but if i could sex them ide be able to cut the males down and put more light on the fems

thanks so much for your help, ill have pics up in a jiffy

feel free to sub
