Online Light Shopping (1000Bulbs.com)

Hello all. Im new to the forum. I know a lot about growing, from researching and writing notes down for the past like 4 months. But ATM im not growing. I will be starting my FIRST grow when my two light bulbs and adapters come. First off, have any of you guys ordered off of 1000bulbs.com before? I placed my order on 11/11/12, Which was last Sunday. And on 11/15/12 today, Thursday. It still says Pre-Shipment. I am beginning to think I got ripped for my money. I would think that after 4 days they should have my order packed and shipped out to the UPS, FedEx facility . Like hell. I ordered a dual outlet digital timer and a different adapter on amazon. Which all sells are made by humans, not a store. And the next day my items are already packed and shipped and already got a tracking number. I would think that the facility the deals all over the world, would do better than a single person that sells multiple of different items than just lighting stuff.

Pretty sure 1000 bulbs is where I got my fluorescent bulbs, or ballast. Can't remember which but was fine.
