Optic led 2 gen 4 different cobs color

I just got a new optic led 2 gen 4. this lamp has two 65w cobs and some more diodes. when i first turned it on i noticed that one cob is white and one cob is yellow. i then watched some pictures and videos of all other optic led gen 4 models and they all have that mix. apparently they all have half 5000k cobs and half 3000k cobs.
and i wonder how can the light spread evenly in the grow space? it looks to me that one side of the grow will get more blue and one side will get more red. maybe in optic 6 where there are 6 cobs it can work, but with two cobs in the optic 2 in a 2X3 grow space i doubt the light will spread evenly.
what do you guys think?

Just like dual bulb HID fixtures with one HPS and one MH, one side will get a different spectrum than the other side and in the middle you will have an even mix.

With COB's I prefer them all to be 3500K. That seems to be the sweet spot. Comparing 3000K and 4000K spectrums I found that the 3500K has more red than the 4000K without much sacrifice in blue.

Fevs.

The light looks pretty funky. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you are bothered by it, just rotate your plants around a bit. I bet you won't even notice tbf

You are correct - one side will have a bit more blue, the other a bit more red and an even mix in the middle, as Renfro says.
BUT the overall light level should be even across your canopy.

I'm guessing that this is the light that you have to grow with - IMHO run it and leave your plants in their place. If the spectrum shift does make a difference, it should become apparent in a week or two.
