personally.....i would find that hard to believe...because its a big short fall in the design....fortunately a cheap APC fixes the issue.

Not many companies will admit to flaws, especially at the price range of their fixtures.

Yeah, for the premium price point that they want you would think all of this BS would have been figured out looong ago. It’s odd that they are releasing a new light every few months or so but still are missing out on obvious design flaws. And claiming that they have never heard of any of this ... dishonest and disrespectful to the purchaser.
I’ll look into the APC though, thanks for the heads up!
