Orange hairs ? 1 out 3 plants

I’m growing 3 gsc one of them it’s 10 days older but I flipp them at the same time now the one I germinate first it’s almost full of orange hairs and the others have more white hairs on them will they finish at the same time? Same genetics or will it make a difference that 1 was veg for 10 more days

I had one plant jump ahead of the other 4 on me in my tent. If they're from seed you get slight differences in expression of genes, or so I have read. Just pay attention to each individual plant, not overall time frame I'd say.
