hello folks, bin awhile, tried my hands at growing and had a few botched attempts, but after a rewarding outdoor grow season and a new house im ready to dust off and try again,,,
so i have all my fixins for a new grow, soilless mix this time. My question is this

the guideline im following says to mix my soiless mix (peat or Coir, perlite, wormcastings, dolomitic limestone) along with the nutes (bone meal, blood meal, kelp meal, greensand) with water and liquid karma...problem is i can't find the liquid karma around my parts, ANY SUBSTITUTES??? any help will earn you plus reputation

I don't know what exactly happens biologically in the root zone for plants to uptake organic nutrients. Synthetics are instantly available whereas organics need to be broken down. To answer your question, if you're putting bone/blood/kelp meal in your soil, your plant will find it and use what it needs. Products like Liquid Karma and floralicious Plus may aid in the process but aren't a necessity.

I would second Floralicious Plus as an alternative to LK if that's not available. The main ingredients would be the sea kelp extract, yucca extract (wetting agent) and humic acids. I personally like LK because of those ingredients plus carbs that help my beneficials, LK makes other additives like Sweet, Superthrive and Hygrozyme unnecessary.
