Outdopor plants went into flower early and are now done, should I crop now?

As the title says, my plants went into flowering stage very early. It happened when I changed them from indoor halogen to outdoor in early May. Some of them started flowering and never stopped. They are now mostly finished budding, and suddenly popped back into Veg. You can see in the pictures below.

Should I cut them down? Or let them veg again and go back into bud as the seasons change? I'm worried if I do this the existing buds will suffer in quality.

Those are far into reveg now. I say clip off what you can salvage and continue to grow her. Of that's too much of a hassle then just chop them and leave some lower branches that won't give you much dope. Let them branch out, flower and finish in fall. You can get a double harvest that way. If you carefully remove the buds from stem (leaving the new growth to veg) you'll get some bushy beasts mode plants. Several branches firing out of each node. I harvested a nice pheno just under a month ago. Clipped it down to the bottom nodes. Left like 8 full bud sites(small scrappy ones) Took her back inside. Blasted her 24/7 with an old Hps bulb for 2 weeks. Got funky leaves and baby branches going. Knocked her light schedule back to outdoor schedule for a week. Picked up some plastic fencing. Made a makeshift scrog net outside. Now she's sitting back outside under it. I figure she's got until mid/late August to fill out what she can on it before going back into flower. I'm taking advantage of it. You should too at this stage. A double harvest is a good thing.
