Painting of garbage tv idea?

It is a bit of a weird idea, but what about a painting of a guy on a couch watching tv, except when he watches tv there are literally streams of garbage pouring into his eyes from the tv. Or maybe one step further, the guy is looking at tv but the tv is puking into his eyes balls.

Kind of like the mental intake feeling when you watch honey boo boo.
