Plant Height?

Ok so I am growing my 2nd generation clones of my widow plants and I want them to be shorter than their parents. The parents are about 2 1/2 feet and I would prefer if the new girls were shorter with thicker stalks and buds.

AT WHAT HEIGHT SHOULD I TURN THEM TO 12/12. I know they will still grow some in 12/12 so I want to turn them over earlier.

under a foot and keep a fan on them

Yep, start 12/12 lighting when they are about 9-12 inches tall.
