Plant Starting To Grow Again?

K, so my plant starting growing new stems out the top of the plant where it was getting the most lights i'm not really sure if this is normal or not.
it has grown the most out of the tallest branch, (about 7-8 inches) in a little over 2 weeks or so.
i'm not sure if im doing something wrong im a complete retard when it comes to growing this is my first plant.
my plant doesnt seem to be budding much i can see buds of course and have noticed them getting a little bit bigger but ill post some pics let me know if there is anything i can do to help promote budding or if this is normal .

and also i noticed the tip of that leaf is brown should i trim the brown part off?

its normal for a plant to keep growing while in flowering. some plant double in size while flowing. what type of light are you using? it looks like a CLF..but its kinda hard to tell... CLFs dont put out too many lumes so flowing will be very slow going. your plant also looks sativa dominant..so..id say your in for a 20 week flowering period..just guessing here never grown with CLFs of floro lights. your plant also looks like its streching upward..move the light closer if you can...a good bloom fertalizer will help your lil lady alot..it wont speed up flowering too much but..it'll up the yeild some..i would expect you harvest about 14-28 grams.. sry to say it.. good luck my friend.

14-28 grams only? i mean anything is free basically i got everything including the seeds from a friend.
i have less then 50 bucks invested into it so i dont mind as long as the buds nice
