Plant will not grow

Okay so the plant pictured below is almost a month old.. and it's not growing much at all. It suffered severe root problems when it was early due to being in terrible soil. I recently transplanted it a week ago and the root system was very very small .. I'm flowering the rest of my plants in a month. Should I just yank this plant to clear up space or is there hope?

alot can happen in a month, it might rebound and surprise you....other hand it might continue to stay stunted....since you did a transplant a week ago you said in your post, I would closely monitor it for the next week and see. It may like it's new container home and start taking off provided you have it in a stable environment.

If It was me being as you just transplanted it into better soil I would wait another week if you dont see new growth then trash it.
