mate, sounds great and everything, but these guys are telling you to go and buy a 400 watt hps for $119. That is the easiest way to rip somebody off...They tried telling me to go and buy the same bulb and ballast as they are telling you to buy.
What im saying is, if you want a really good bulb and ballast for cheap go to ebay man. I bought a 400 watt hps for £66 including postage.
