Please help!!

Hi i recently sent my application into health canada Form A1 B2 C ECT... anyways am i legal now? I have 5 plants growing and am smoking pot freely, i have a little girl and do not need police involment, should i ditch the plants until, my lisenese is in or if i was caught would i be fine with the paper work i have photo copied, please help!!

Until you have the actual paperwork from HC is in your hands your illegal my friend, now if a court would convict is another story. Its your call with your daughter at stake.

10 weeks? Not anymore, I've heard as little as 16 days.

Took me 10 weeks to the day? Could be different now?

it took mine 12 weeks to the day back in Nov of last year, now it seems that people are getting it in as little as 16 days

Hey guys thanks for the feed back, i ditched the plants not worth it, a buddie of mine that is legal told me once i am sighned and all papers are mailed i am quasie(not sure if i spelled that right)legal until paper work is in my hands, wasnt sure though so i thought i would ask another opinion.

unfortunately, there is no such this as quasi legal, you either are, or aren't, there is no in the middle, according to HC, you are not authorized until the date of issue which is found at the bottom of the exemption.

For example, I received my documents on the 2nd of February, although, even tho my MMAR paper is in my hand, I'm still not legal, due to the fact that the issue date on said paper stated February 10th, so even tho I HAD my papers in my possession on the 2nd, I still could do nothing until the 10th, when it officially kicked in.

K when i ditched the plants i cut them at the base put them in a black garbage bag drove down a gravel road threw the bag out looked behind its the cops turned around he pulled me over everything goes fine he says there is lots if crime out this way never seen him drive back. Now the question is are those plant illegal without roots if he finds them could i be in deep shit!!!!!
