Please HELP!?

Hey to anyone who is willing to help me here, and hey to anyone who might make use of this thread. SWIM has recently had 1 big bang feminised plant and 1 northern lights. Both have been sprouted for just under 1 week. SWIM has them in a heated propogator under 5 energy saving bulbs, just for seedling stage as metal halide would fry them SWIM thinks. Anyway, 2 previous northern lights a few days back were bent at the bottom of the stem, where it was as thin as a bit thread when he/she visited their growroom. This grower thought these plants dead, and regretably puuled the plant out of the soil. These remaining plants have almost done the same thing, the northern lights stem is bent right in the middle with curled leaves, and the big bang is kind of up straight but again has curled leaves... If anyone can explain why this has happened SWIM would be very grateful and also ANY advice on how to save these babies would be much obliged. SWIM is a very loving parent, but feels that they are abusing their plants :(. I should also mention that for about two hours the propogator was placed on my windowsill, but that cant explain the other northern lights which passed on a day prior.

ive seen the stem become thin in a small area of a seedling and die because it got to dry one time, but the stem remaining the same size and bending over could be due to overwatering, just dont have enough info What r the temps?

Unfortunatly, SWIM is broke skint, and this room is budgeted. Couldn't really say what the temp is at(pretty warm though), watered the plants a couple of days ago, but it was only when the propogator was placed on the windowsill this happened. They were lookin healthy, and then a few hours later they looked like they do in the pics. The one bent over is thin in the middle and is currently tied to a support... Its the look of the leaves thats worrying, all curled up and as they are small leaves it just looks like they are dying. SWIM took them out of the propogator and have a fan on them just now, SWIM really don't want to let these die.

What type of soil are you using?? Could be root rot...When dealing with seedlings I always treat my soil with No Damp or a mild bleach solution....or it Could be something viral as viruses can be written in the DNA.

Why do you talk about your self in the third person, SWIM?
SWIM stands for Someone Who Isn't Me, shorter for say "my friend". As for the soil, its Biobizz All Mix consisting of 20% Sphagnum Peat Moss 30% Perlite 35% Garden Peat 10% Organic Worm Manure and 5% Pre-Mix. Its a mouthful, but im only copying from the info on it. My mate says hes had no problems with it in the past, and is good for an organic crop. The plants after 5 hours, are still green, but still the only two blades on both are curled... is it too late? Can they be saved? if so, how would it be done? thanks for any advice.

Well its been a while now and the leaves have turned crispy... although still green... I think i'll maybe just leave it till tomorrow and start all over if need be. Thanks for the help though.

Well the thing is, i have only feed them water... they are only 1 week old, and these are the only two leaves on them... if these leaves are dried and curled, can my plant still grow? its still standing and looking green... my instinct tells me that the plant is a fighter and will continue to grow but then i am inexperienced
