I have has these babies in now for 4 weeks.

Organic soil
250w cfl and a 400 hps. And watered ever 3 days with just water. Always have the same problem when growing from seeds.

the soil is dry though and watered around 3 days?

just because its dry on top the roots under the soil need to breathe also. they like to have a wet and dry period overwatering promotes root rot and stunt growth eventually death if you keep on. best way is to get a moisture meter or pick up the pot and judge by weight as to when to water. water when the pot is light

They aint exactly thriving in their medium. I'd ditch the domes too. For 4 weeks somethings wrong bad. More info on the soil ?

I think they are damping off at the roots, too wet as has already been mentioned.

lights too close. babies need very little light. and yes, domes off. humidity after they sprout can be normal.

with young seedlings, use a mist bottle to keep the soil slightly damp - not wet. also, get rid of the domes. as stated earlier it is probably causing damp off. GL
