Popo's Seed Strain, 1st grow!

Lets break down the seed situation abit more...Could you say for sure if the seeds found were in a isolated area of the garden, plant, or maybe both? Some times I get a plant that decides to self pollinate itself, and it always happens one of two ways. 1. somewhere within the fluff of the bottom of a plant a pollen pod bust out and the very bottom branches get a few seeds, 2. within a main cola, a pollen pod opens and the pollen is retained, causing a few seeds deep within the bud, this isolates the pollen and only the calyx that is touching the male pod is effected. This is only my experience that I speak from, I have only been a farmer for a short time now, and only express this info as possibly complete bull shit! But, I hope to help you figure this out. GL

Its weird. When I was trimming the plants down, one plant had more seeds the the other. And it seemed like one side of the plant had more as well. So Im not sure, but I think the side where the fan was blowing on the plant had more seed pods.

But there was def. way more seeds on the bottom portion of the plant. On some of the main colas, or main large buds only had 2-6 seeds, the lowers smaller branches on the the plant that had the most seeds, had majority of all the seeds. I could have a bud from the bottom that measured 2 inches, but had 10-14 seeds, and hardly any smokable bud. But then the main large thick buds from the top might have had 3 or 4 seeds.

So its almost of mixture of the 2 situations you described. Hopefully the clones won't have them. They are def looking like good mothers, and will have less stress then the first batch.

Well, this is the first solid night of testing, and I would have to say, it definitely getting high of this shit.

I smoked two popcorn buds the size of a dime. And in about 3 minutes no time, I was ripped. But its not a couch lock high.

I will put in more description as a smoke more.....

quite a variety of smoke for the people I care give to...

If I ever get a pollen pod in my garden, I find it...if not during the grow, then while trimming. So if this happens again, pay very close attention to where the concentration of seeds are developing, and find your sneaky little male pod,it will be in there! Or, if you got it from an outside source then there will be no trace at all. I wish I could help more, but it should be one of the two scenarios. It is your job to figure it out while enjoying the benefits of your last crop! Gl with the clones....DCG

It would have been a start, but this batch is the last of its strain. Its bagseed I think. I want some Kush, widow and purple on my next grow, but waiting for this batch to finish,purchase some good seeds, and for summer to be gone. Temps are a little high, so I want the best environment for the good stuff. Plus I might be moving..... :(

Will def know to be on the look out. Always learning. Thanks for all your help and support.

I'm actually liking the high off this bag seed. Its really not too bad. I just can't say its all Indica. Its got a tad bit if Sativa. Does anyone know the typical genitics of bag seed from the califronia coast. I mean its got to be from mex. I never see seeds from local hydro.

Anyone know what this plants strain/genetics are it its bag seed? The seeds were giving to me from a guy who grew it outdoors in the backyard. Also heard he is a retired cop growing his own in cali.... I guess I should compare my plants to all the other bag seed threads and see if it matches looks and quality.

california is a buffet of cannabis you just have to be friendly but you know whats up

congrats on your personal nuggets they always get you the highest, at least in my experience.
