Possible budding from a crappy spring.

I think my plants may have started budding early because of the s***** spring that we've had.
So throughout the summer five of my plants. Which all 10 of them were all from seeds everything the same on all of them. Except five were in an enclosure and five were outside.
The five outside looked like there's were starting to Bud. Then I think it started revegging. Leaves only have three leaves on them.
Will these Bud out okay???? This is what I'm trying to find out!!!!
Thanks

I don't know if they'll fully reveg, but you'll find out. Reveging leaves look twisted when they first emerge from a budded state, I believe they're single leaves. If your plant is blooming with summer-short nights, then perhaps it's not a good strain to grow outside in your area.
