Problem with seedlings

GG4 @ 4wks in rapid rooter. HELzP!

too wet, too long in the same small amount of soil, there useing up nitrogen from lower leaves for new growth.
1, get some 1q galon pots
2, get some good soil
3, repot them
4, try not to water them so much
that should do you for starters

4 weeks in rapid rooters........WTF!
I plant the rooter the day the seed sprouts.

I'm learning...i'll bear that in mind in the future
