I'm scared and I don't want to put all this hard work and money into a failure, please help me, a little info.
-they are grown outside in the open and get 100% sunlight
- I water once a day at about 2:45-3:00

Like G&C said, wait for the soil to dry and then water. Always let the soil go dry between watering. Otherwise you'll have huge issues, as you can see. Just let them dry and they'll be fine.

NEVER let it DRY out, pick the pot up, when it feels light, water it, you can tell by picking it up if it still has water in it. But never let it completely dry out.

You're right I misspoke. Don't let the roots dry out but the soil needs to be NEARLY dry, not completely dry....
Another good link to check out for watering guide lines is this one - https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/12-week-grow-sceneario-by-jorge-cervantas.30164/
