lol me? Ok i guess let me rephrase. Yes it is a good idea BUT its not somthing you want to do on every blunt even though i know people that smoke most of there Ls with lean on it. Theres quite alot of people in the bay that do it on a regular basis.
And yeah you deffinantly want the codeine.

Have you ever tried promethazine? It fucked me up but more in a dizzy shitty feeling kind of way. Plus smoking would more than likely destroy the active ingredient.

Real answer:
It's bomb as fuck, do it. But don't over use.
Take the paper you're going to roll the blunt with, dab (I SAID DAB!) your finger into the bottle of prometh and smear it all over the inside of the paper (where the weed goes). You'll only need to dab your finger in once to cover the paper. Place grinded weed in paper (on the side with the prometh) and roll it up. Let it dry and set a little bit first. Sometimes even after rolling i'll take another dab and let i drip into the beginning of the blunt.
Never use too much, just enough to cover the paper. Or else it'll be too wet and you're pretty much smoking only chemicals. That's if it even lights up.
Tastes delicious.

The term is "Lean" Blunts. It's only useful if you got prometh with codeine.

I did this a while ago with prometh/codine on a blunt, but hardly noticed anything other than being high from the bud. It's better to just drink it, then smoke.
