Purple trichome question!! Pics included

So I'm on day 40 ish of flowering some purple kush. I know trichs are supposed to go from clear to cloudy to 30% brown when it's recommended to harvest but how do I tell if most of my trichs are purple/red and the buds aren't even fully developed, white hairs are still poking out.
Here's some pics, best I could do to get close enough with the microscope and camera I got. Let me know what u think.

Check the trichs on many branches, light can sometimes have an effect on colour, your pistils should be changing to amber and most should be receding into the buds. Check your buds to see if they feel full, check pistils for colour, check trichs from different branches. Hope all goes well.

Pistils (hairs) should be a nice rust coloured brown. Do you have a magnifying glass to look closer? Also the trichs on the sugar leaves turn Amber/cloudy quicker than the bud trichomes do so you want to make sure you're inspecting those.

To add to this, take some time with the microscope. I found it takes practice to easily see what you're looking for. Turning off the fans help.

I think I see some purple trichomes here on my 3 week old Auto Pineapple Express
