Puzzled About My Hps's

i would like to know if i would be able to grow my plant under 1 (100w) high pressure sodium light
because im hoping to switch over from my fluresent lights to my hps lights tomorrow have you any pointers on what i should do

hps is better then flouros by sure. id go with HPS! over any other bulbs besides the suns Bulb!
