Q on Journals your keeping

Is this site the only journal you are keeping or do you have one in your grow room also?

I want to put together a simple journal spread sheet style that let's me keep track of the nuit's, watering schedule and any other pertinent info and maybe even small notes of anything I am noticing about the grow that I should I should keep in mind either for later or the next grow.

Anyone use something like this? If you do, can you post some of the info you keep on it and maybe how you organize it, in other words can you post a copy of it, so I can plagiarized the hell out of it... lol

Anyone out there? I was gonna try to create one that I can tape to the cab to keep track of when and and what I water and feed, just hoping someone can save me some time. If not, then let me know if you are interested in something like this and I will post what I create, maybe I will start it and you can give me some ideas on some good info to keep on it.

I figure maybe the following info:

Strain Name
Date New
# of this
Date Transplnt
1st Wtr
1st Nuit Feed
Veg Lting
veg schedule
veg start
veg end

week 1
week 2
week 3
ect.

keep in mind I am in the veg state on all my plants now so I could do a pg 2 for my flwr area.
