Question about HPS And MH Lamps.

Hi, i was wondering if i could use High Pressure Sodium and Metal Halide bulbs for a 400WATT Metal Halide ballast? Also which part of the spectrum is which, is high pressure sodium blue(Veg) And metal halide red(Flowering)??

yes, as long as you buy the conversion HPS bulb, and you it's the other way around, hps is flowering

is the conversion bulb like a special bulb? and where do you get it from?

you can get it the same place you get your other HPS or MH bulbs.... it's special only in that you can use a HPS with a MH ballast, or a MH bulb in a HPS ballast.
