Question about IR Blocker.

I’ve looked online and they say helicopters can’t see threw walls, but I always thought they have. If I have light shining on an area of an outside wall it’ll naturally heat it up and they can see that, I know that. So brings me to my question. Putting actual IR blocker on an outside wall, and actually have 2 layers above, one on slant ceiling, and 1 above lights, and or coarse layer going around all sides. It being on the outside wall, I still don’t have to worry right? I know I can leave space and have it vented to match room temperature, but don’t have that kinda space. Anybody expert on IR ? It’ll be well ventilated also, shouldn’t get above 78. And if it is 78, and if it’s winter, temp is set on 70. Could they see a change in temp like that?

What kind of lights and how many watts? If you have normal room temperature and you're not exhausting a bunch of heat from the house there's there's nothing to worry about.
