Question regarding growers license & outdoor growing/yield

Im a California resident. I know some people with prop 215 cards n such...even someone in the process of getting their card right now.

This made me become interested in obtaining a growers license in the state of California.

I've researched the internet but haven't found much on the topic. Can someone please explain the process and how it works/what to expect? how to qualify (other than having people willing to put me down as their supplier)

Secondly i'd like to get an idea as to (best and worse case scenarios) what types of outdoor yields (per plant) i can expect in California and in the right season. min and max estimates...

as far as im aware there is no 'license" you have to obtain you just kinda of do lol
in regards to yield
that is very dependent on strain more than your cilmate (atleast where you are)
you can get as little as a couple ounces and ive seen as much as 3 pounds on one monster plant
