Question when to defoliat

I flipped my girl to flower on 22-03-21

and right now it looks like this, should I wait more time or defoliat it right now?

Leaves need access to light to function, light hitting the floor is wasted.

I'd leave them. You can always harvest your plant in sections at different time periods for a bigger harvest.
