questions about lst

This year I have all ready started my outdoor plants indoor so they are a decent size before grow season actually starts.(is that ok moving indoor to out door ) I have started tying my plants down but was wondering if i tied it down for the next 6 months of vegg and support every branch will i have a giant bush? This plant will be placed in the floor and tied straight to the floor. I dug a hole 3 1/2 ft deep and 3 1/2 ft wide and will be replacing it with nothing but fox farm soil. any comments and tips appreciated

basically its just going to grow outwards then up , the lst i had tied down a few months ago was like 2 metres ----- across the ground
