I bought a 60 watt "bright white" fluoro to start off my seedlings. Will bright white fluoro work? Or do I need cool white? Thanks

go to wall mart and get the 4 foot florescent with the plant quarium bulbs

look for their kelvin temp. somewhere on the ballast of the bulb should hopefully say 6400k

for veg you want 6500k bulb flower 3000k.
