Quick Question About Ventilation

I have a speaker micro grow box, dimesions are 2 ft high X 1 Foot Wide X 1 foot Long

2 80mm PC Fans

My question is should i put my Intake on the Bottom and the exhaust at the top so it ventilates the whole box, or should i put them next to each other?

You definitely want your intake at the bottom and your exhaust at the top, preferably in opposite corners too.
