What are you water with pure water? What kind of lights do you have? How close are they? Are you keeping the soil moist enough? Do you ph test the water first? And what does that first sentence mean?

A lighter color of green is normal for new growth, it will darken. The brown leaf tips is an early indication of over-ferting, or at least plenty of nutes available. So no need to do anything, except water.
