raft my way to harvest?

ok.... so im about to begin growing 2 plants in this big cooler/ice chest.

i plan on doing a 2 PPP plant bubbler raft setup in this piece under 6 CFLs (4 26W 1600lumens cool, 2 26W 1600lumens warm daylight).

now...

will this chest be able to take me all the way thru the life and death cycle of these 2 gorgous seeds? I got a thick styrofoam raft on it, and i know i can increase the water lvl while maintaining a healthy PH level as the plants size increases and the roots need to grow. im just looking for a little advice, make sure ive got a solid setup for a full grow on these fellas... ill let them veg until maybe 14 inches.

Any advice to this stoner you can give would be most appreciated.

and im going to throw in here that ive been reading THREADS non stop for days, and i know that i dont want to do the HPS bc i dont want to worry about wiring issues. i was going to do soil, but i think it would be easier to just change water out as neccessary instead of re-potting.
