Reasons why

My guess would be either under/over-watered. Apart from keeping the soil moist, there's really not much that can go wrong those first couple days of the plant's life. What's your grow medium?

heat, ph, a total shlew of reasons. but looking at your grow here it could also be the intensity of the HID light you have on them. using HID lighting to grow newly sprouted seedlings is like forcing a todler to run.. dont worry though looks like they will be fine. i dont know what your watering cycle is but it could also be over watering. like a i said a total shlew of different things it could be.. but after i looked at your journal i would say dont worry about it!!

The transplant could have a lot to do with it. Always try to start with the largest initial planter possible to minimize the number of times you'll need to transplant and give yourself as much time as possible before transplanting the plant for the first time to ensure that the root system can sustain that kind of shock.
