Reducing effects of over watering

Hi everyone, this is my first legitimate grow, and I accidentally way over watered one of my seedlings. I was wondering if anyone knew how to help combat the droopy leaves and help get some oxygen in (if possible). All help is appreciated!

Looks fine to me ...just dont water it again til plant uses up water in soil....container will feel alot lighter... than when wet and watered.

Do you have drain holes in the bottom ?

Just leave it alone and it will be fine.

I use a moisture meter I bought at Lowes it won't work in a party cup but when it gets bigger it is the hot ticket. I use to kill my plants with kindness by over watering.
