Roots growing through bottom of pot.

I noticed the roots are growing through the bottom of the fabric pot into the reservoir. I’m using AC Infiniti extra large bases. Normally, I would just transplant into bigger pop, but I’m about a week at the flower. I’m not sure if I should just leave them or do they need to come out? This plant is from my outdoor grow. Plant is in fix farm Ocean Forest 10 gallon pot. Fabric.
