RSO…thick black tar, is this right?

I made a batch of RSO using a not so great grow & everclear. The jar sat in a closet for about 1 month. I did not really have a way of burning off the alcohol that did not involve open flames in my kitchen. I instead covered it in a glass pan with cheese cloth draped over the top to keep anything out and then put another pan over top to keep covering from blowing away. I left it outside on the back patio table out of the sun for about 2 weeks. It has turned into a black, sticky, thick, non liquified- Rick Simpson Tar. Is this stuff even safe to ingest?A6BED526-FED9-453E-B862-F98AED670018.jpeg
