Any suggestions on what to do? Leaves are starting to turn yellow on top of plant

No one is going to know what you're asking here with no information.
I posted early on in your other thread suggesting the problem might have been too much light, right now you are heading in the wrong direction testing the ph of the runoff. That is not the way to test soil PH.

As said, no reason to make a new thread with no info. And yes, soil ph is measured straight from the soil but the runoff shows the direction.

Without any more info you can feed higher pH to offset the low pH of the media. I use silica to raise pH

That’s a pretty far ph swing. In order for people to figure out what’s wrong, or what you may have done to affect it, they’re gonna need all the necessary info about your grow. As others have stated, it would be a lot easier to keep everything related to your grow in one thread. Without all that info, users will just be guessing or projecting at best.
