scrog with regular seeds

i was wondering if it's possible to do scrog with seeds. I have only heard people doing it with clones or feminized seeds

Sure, it's possible! But why would you want to end up with a screen full of co-ed plants? Think about how messy it would be to untangle the boys from the girls, or how empty the screen would be after removing the boys.

It just makes sense to make sure the screen is filled with girls - think about it!
