Seed and veg tent

What’s up y’all Im on my first grow I have a 8x8 with 22 plants in Mid flower but what I want to know is what size tent should I get for a early seedling maybe a couple weeks of veg for like 20 seeds in solo cupswhile my plants are finishing and drying and do I have to use a light comparable to the leds I’m using In the main room any recommendations would be appreciated guys thanks
