seed harvest help

Could anyone help me with when to harvest seeds. this grow i did two plants for seeds just to stock up. they've been in flowering about 4-5 weeks. The hairs on them are orange/red and they're pretty frosted like they should be for red skunk when its gettin' ripe. Can i really just harvest anytime or should i wait longer? I searched for days on this and no one seems to have a guide or time time table for it. Thanks in advance.

if you pollinated 5 weeks ago they should be done, peel a bud open if the seed is brown and striped your finished.

Thanks they're still fat and green so i think i'll wait a bit.
