seed tail 3/4 of an inch, is it time?

Hi All,

I just germinated a "Church" seed, the tail is nearly an inch long, do i move to the growing medium now, help!!

I usually stick them in soil when the tap root is about 1cm long so go for it.

I stick 'em in the growing medium before they even get wet for the first time.

Got to admit it dude, so do i normally but i heard so much bad stuff about the failure rate of this type of seed so i took advice on how to germinate, good advice too!

The failure I had with Church, was seeds that never germinated in the first place. Once you've got a sprout, you should be good!

Yah plant, its time... although it doesnt even matter germination just helps it sprout faster and to tell the shit seeds from the good ones so your not sitting there fore two weeks waiting for a seed that wont sprout. I used to wait for a little nub to come out of the seed then i would plant. Make sure the root end is down it the soil and the seed part closest to the top.(faster sprouting)
